The U.S. Constitution protects the right of every American in criminal proceedings to trial before an impartial jury and representation by counsel. Our criminal practice includes the defense of individuals accused of virtually all crimes in federal, state, and local courts throughout upstate New York. We have successfully represented people who have been accused of murder, manslaughter, vehicular assault, white-collar crimes, serious drug offenses, rape and sexual assault, assault, theft, fraud, driving while intoxicated, and other offenses. Trial before a jury requires the skilled and experienced representation we provide to each client. Throughout the process, we treat each client with respect and provide non-judgmental, compassionate support.

We also represent students in disciplinary proceedings, primarily at Cornell University and at Ithaca College.
