We specialize in the representation of parents of students with disabilities through advocacy and through special education litigation. This representation involves guidance through the special education process including committee on special education meetings, administrative hearings, appeals and settlements.  Whether through advocacy or through litigation, we help our clients obtain appropriate educational programs and educational services. We work to ensure that our clients are able to afford the appropriate educational programs and services that their children with special needs are entitled. We also represent children in school disciplinary proceedings.
