Though we counsel both employers and employees concerning all aspects of employment law, we generally represent employees in disputes with their employers. Frequently, the underlying dispute is a civil rights matter and is treated accordingly.

We also represent academics in tenure-related disputes and in disciplinary proceedings at various institutions throughout the region, including Cornell University, Ithaca College, Elmira College, SUNY Cortland, and other schools.
